Cancellation Policy
All bookings with Private Sundancer Charters are non-refundable. Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our private charter experiences, once a reservation is confirmed, the scheduled time is reserved specifically for your group. In the event of inclement weather or unsafe boating conditions, your charter will be rescheduled to the next mutually agreed upon date and time based on availability. The safety of our guests and crew is always our top priority, and weather-related decisions will be made by the captain. If guests need to reschedule for personal reasons, requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled charter, and we will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability. By booking a charter with Private Sundancer Charters on Joe Pool Lake, guests acknowledge and agree to these booking and rescheduling policies.
